Duane Guay was born and raised in Saint John and loves his city and is motivade to make it a better place to live.

Duane has a very diverse background which makes him a great fit for the role of operations Manager.

After six years working with the Labours Union as a foreman on both industrial and commercial jobs, he returned to UNBSJ to complete his BBA. He graduated first class and majored in e-commerce and marketing.

His skill set allows him to both work in the office on marketing, graphic design and to act as a project manager on new renovation projects.

He also works repairing apartments and adding finishing touches to our renovations. On top of this, he has experience in the private policing industry and this translates to an understanding of the legal system for rent collection, tenant relations and lease creation.

On a personal level, Duane has a large family. This motivates him to give 100% to be a good role model for his children and provide them security.
